The goal of this website is to disseminate information regarding locations of known confined animal farms in the state of California.

Most states have laws that permit citizens the right to access information, like farm locations. We encourage those in other states to find laws similar to California's Public Information Act & the federal Freedom of Information Act (which is useful in acquiring information on federally inspected farmed animal operations).
